Non-refrigerated Keto Snacks - what are your favorites?
I have a nut allergy (not seed) so the go-to most people recommend are out.
I am constantly traveling so I don't have a lot of opportunity to cook for myself. Anything I can chuck in my purse for hours to keep going between my work is great, and quite frankly, I don't trust the mini-fridges in a lot of places I stay to keep perishables like eggs and lean chicken at safe temperatures, and I don't want to Sat Fat load on beef jerky all the time either. For now I've been eating sunflower seeds, 85% dark chocolate, and beef jerky from gas stations at times.
What are some of your favorites for snacks, brands included? I'm trying out the Quest Spicy Cheddar Crackers, but quite frankly am a bit leery of anything keto-branded that still looks carb-y. I've also heard that you should count total carbs, not net when it comes to ultra-processed food, but wasn't sure what the general consensus on that was.
