Where did your most memorable vacation/trip take place?

And how would you rate it? Bonus points for niche places! I’m in need of some ideas for a graduation trip I’m planning. Ireland and Iceland are currently on the top of my list! As for whether I’m travelling on my own or with a group is TBD.
