Festivals, Fairs, and Events?

Anyone aware of any good events for outsider/naive artists? Especially, ones that you can apply for without representation already. I currently sell at cons and markets, but want to move into a more art, rather than fan, focused environment. Any advice or suggestions can be helpful!
