Windows and Wifi help

Hi everyone,

I recently built a new pc and after watching a jayztwocents if I just slapped on my old storage drive to my new pc everything would be fine. But once everything booted up I was met with the windows login screen which prompted me to my PIN due to a “change in the security settings on this new device.” However I can’t change my PIN because I don’t have wifi (i’m assuming the drivers weren’t installed.) I also don’t have an ethernet cable. What should I do?
