Please pray for my mental health

Please pray for my mental health guys, I havent been to well, everyday has been a battle ive been getting better bit by bit but I either relapse or fall back down and I just get brought back down. I just wish for myself to return how I was, and for me to enjoy life. I dont wish to spiral into a worse condition or just lose myself, I am thinking about talking to a profesionnal about this or getting help at this point so I do ask of you guys for you to pray for me to have courage to get help and for me to tell my mother and for her to help me along with granting us strength. And as for me courage in order to get help, please pray for me guys to be delivered and to return back to my normal old self.
