IRL Streaming - Sending mobile video to OBS on my home PC

Hi all, I am interested in sending video from my phone in an IRL environment to my PC at home to run through OBS. However, with the research I've done, I am unable to find a way to stream my phone's video to my computer outside of my local network.

so, im wondering if there is a way to, either directly in OBS, or via a video ingest server (preferably self hostable) recieve video in order to continue running my streams through OBS.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance!
