Question about joining Factuality group

I was emailed to join Factuality group by completing the Factuality training and once I passed that, within 24 hours I would get assigned Severity training. I completed Factuality on Wednesday, and I still haven't been assigned the Severity follow-up training. I emailed them yesterday, but I expect no reply due to the weekend, and the email stated I need them both done by EOD the 31st.

Has anyone experienced this before? Should I just go look up the severity training on my own and complete it without billing for it? I don't want to miss out on getting in the group if I can with how bad NTA has been.
