Do you have to unlock Barry and Rebecca in RE5 Gold Edition Mercenaries United?

I got RE5 gold edition on my ps4 and i thought you could play as Barry and Rebecca in mercenaries mode but I don't see them on the character select. Is there something you have to do to unlock them first? (Sorry if this is a stupid question)
