Hey, I don’t really expect anything from posting this here but I need some advice about a really confusing and stressful situation.

So, me and this guy (let’s call them A for this story, so original), started talking a while back as shown in the images above, and as of recently they started acting different. And I mean in the wrong way — they seemed more depressed and struggled with their schizophrenia + sh’ing tendencies more. Whenever I left for a period of time even to shower, (as I am autistic and struggle with messages A LOT. It’s not that I’m TRYING to ignore others, it’s just that I struggle with it.) they bombarded me with messages, saying they’ll kill themselves, that I hated them, etc. Despite how many times I explained it, they still acted like this.

And then they just told me today not even a few hours ago that they were in-love with me, and I foolishly said I’d be their girlfriend. A part of me was trying to prove I was lovable, that I could move on from my toxic ex, who I’ll name E, who threatened me and my family despite living in another state along with his own life. I was being selfish in a way, but A was sweet, and they were different from the other guys I met and found attractive.

But now I JUST found out that the person I recently got into a relationship with is only 11 and turning 12 next year, and I’m not going to say my age but I am in my mid-adolescence. We literally just started dating today, and I didn’t realize the age difference at first because I assumed they were closer to my age. Now I feel like this is wrong and I don’t know what to do. They’ve been calling me “baby” and “babe,” have gotten really attached to me very quickly, and have even mentioned suicidal thoughts and self-harm when I don’t respond (as mentioned before.)

I know their schizophrenia gets worse in stressful situations, and I have no idea how their family situation is or if they can even talk to an adult about this. I feel really guilty and scared because I don’t want to hurt them, but I also know this relationship isn’t appropriate and I don’t want to get into trouble. I’m overwhelmed and unsure how to handle it responsibly, especially since it just started and I didn’t mean for any of this to happen. I need advice on what I should do, please someone help me.

Thank you to anyone who tries to help me through this, I appreciate it.

I can’t tell if i’m worrying too much, or smth.
