Marshal Guard Scheduling

I genuinely need help understanding Marshall Guard scheduling.

1. Is it possible to schedule Marshal Guard to take place 30 minutes before reset? Or can it only occur on Servee Times 00:00-21:30?

2. Can Marshal Guard be scheduled on the sane days every week, even with the general 48 hour timer?

Thanks homies.
