Alternative fashion stores in Italy? (like Hot Topic / Spencer’s)

When I lived in Canada, I used to shop at places like Hot Topic and Spencer’s pretty much every week. I’ve recently moved to Milan, and I haven’t had much time to explore the city for shopping yet.

For those who are into alternative, goth, punk, or edgy styles, what are the best stores (or areas) in Italy to shop for that kind of fashion? Any recommendations would be amazing :p
