Is it normal for your coordinator to not give you access to your IB PIN number?

I'm now in my second year of IB, and I took Physics SL last year, meaning I got my results for that this year. We didn't know our scores until we went to school, where I found out I got a 5 (I'm ok w it cs our teacher was a pedo and got kicked out, got a 7 for the IA tho!). BUT, she only like printed out a random paper to do so? I didn't get to see the IB website, is that normal? Isn't there a thing that you can appeal to have your grade re-checked? I'm just curious if it's just my school or not.
