Easier to power a 115V or 230V heat pump mini split?

I am looking at two different heat pumps each with the same BTU rating and price but one is 115 V the other 230V. I would assume the 115 V is easier to get an electrician to connect to but I thought I read somewhere that in fact, 230 V is easier. What have people here found?
