it is what it says on the tin.

during D-ranks or when he is doing manual labor with his clones, Naruto and teh clones sing shea chanties for three reasons.

first, becasue it help coordenate with the clones which makes doing the labor easier.

second, becasue it's fun, Naruto and his clones love a good sea chanty and it makes the boring day pass faster.

and last, but not least, becasue it annpoys the living shit out of teh people who hates him and Sasuke and Naruto is too much of a little shit to pass on teh chance of annoying the Uchiha without getting in trouble.

Kakashi finds it hilarious so he does not stop him from doing it.
