Rant about my breakup

My ex and I just broke up a few hours ago. My ex (M23) and I (F18) dated for about a year until a few weeks ago he decided he wanted to break up with me, out of the blue. Said some really awful stuff, made me cry and we said our goodbyes. Well, one of the last times we saw eachother after our 1st breakup, he apparently was super said and said he missed me. A few days after that we met up for dinner, made up and started dating again. Fast forward a week and a half, I was at work this morning and I got a text from him. He was explaining his crazy night last night and basically crossed a few boundaries of mine with a girl, nothing cheating wise I assume, he just saved her from a drunk guy, let her crash on his couch and then sent her home this morning. That wasn’t the problem, it was the fact that he knew I wasn’t comfortable with him being friends with her (we talked about this when we first started dating over a year ago, and he was absolutely fine with it) and he still decided to inform me that he was not willing to stop being her friend anymore. The way he phrased this was basically an ultimatum, I must be okay with this or we would break up. Working out some issues I’ve had and that we’ve addressed, I for some reason decided to agree to this. Fast forward to me getting off of work at him being at his job…I went to visit him to talk. We made some small talk about our days, and then I brought up the situation. He basically said that he still loves me but doesn’t know if I’m worth the effort. He said there was a lot on his mind, which fair enough, but one problem we used to have is that he never communicates and bottles his feelings up. That’s what lead to him breaking up with me the first time. So, I’m finally done with this and said we’re over. Now I’m trying to cheer myself up with this post. I know I’m young and have a lot to learn about relationships, any kind advice would be helpful. :,)
