First minis ever painted. Feedback?

First minis i ever painted. Did the helmet less Melta first, then the single melta with a helmet, then the multi melta, then the shield guard last.

I know shield guard are Custodes, so I kept the cape and plume red and gold to somewhat honor that. The rest I did with classic Templar colors.

Thoughts on my first ever minis? I know they are not clear and concise and perfect but I kind of like the dry brushed battle-weary look of them more. That and I'm not good enough of an artist to get those really nice lines, and my brushes dont hold points very well either.
