Use Afrin if I cam breathe fine, but have some rough sinus pain/pressure?

Good evening!

I wanted some advice on how to help my sinus infection. I have had it since Thursday after having a cold. I am using flonase 2 times a day now, and nasal rinsing 3-4 times a day.

I can breathe through my nose fine, and went for a jog fine today breathing wise. But my sinus pain is kind of kicking my butt. It is not excruciating, but the pain and pressure in ny cheek, head, and mouth kind of makes me just want to lay down all day.

I know the dangers of Afrin, and have never used it because of those dangers. But should I use it now? Would it help "heal" me quicker?
