Identifying & Maximizing Offers For Purchases

Curious if anyone has come across a site or an app for this? If I am trying to buy something, I’d love to “cross check my credit cards” to see if one of them has an offer. Example: If I’m eating at Yard House, perhaps I have 2X points offer on Amex and 5% back on Chase so I can determine which makes most sense for me.

I can’t imagine everyone remembers which shopping or dining offers they saved on which card…right?!
