Isaac android port?

I've really wanted to be able to play Isaac on my android, but with the switch ports being laggy and ground up games being (no offense) bad, i thought of something. What if someone took the files from the apple version, format the files into an APK and release that? Idk if this has been done already but I would love to see The full Issac Experience (Repentance) running natively on Android.
