Family are trump supporters

How do i deal with living with family that are trump supporters i got lucky they arent actively hateful towards me but hold beliefs and vote for anti trans ideas. I cant understand how they can say they love and support me but just dont understand me and turn around and say this and that about other trans people calling the trans communitiely lunatics. They basically hold the "your one of the good ones" mentality. I mainly needed to vent but any advice is still nice
