Is my Clearance able to be reactivated?

Got out in mid 2022, in early 2024 I accepted a job offer with the DOD, which required a Secret clearance. We got to the point where we finished onboarding and I was clear to start - my HR said my Secret “was good” and we were discussing my start date. Long story short we couldn’t get a date agreed upon and I did not wind up moving for the job. With all of that in mind, is my Secret clearance able to be reactivated now? Did me getting that job even though I didn’t start it reset my 2 year clock?
