2014 Chevy Cruze RS Manual Shifts Hard into 1st, 2nd and Reverse

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze RS 6 speed that has been difficult to shift into 1st, 2nd and Reverse ever since I had the clutch replaced a couple years ago and just never did anything about it. If the vehicle is off, it shifts smooth as butter, whether you engage the clutch or not.

If the vehicle is on, it is clunky getting into 1st from a stop, sometimes it seems to 'half' engage where it'll click, then I have to half release the clutch for it to fully seat into gear, this is usually coupled with some grinding. Once moving, going from 1st into 2nd can be hard to shift into. And the other day I had pulled into a parking spot, went to reverse put and could not for the life of me get the transmission to shift into reverse. I ended up pushing the car out of the spot.

I flushes the clutch slave cylinder fluid, that didn't seem to help. I looked at the shift cables both in the center console of the car my the shift knob and in the engine compartment and they all seemed to be fine.

Any ideas before I take it into a mechanic?
