Shot Even Par - First Time Ever!

I don't have a lot of friends who play golf, but I just have to tell someone. I'm a 6.7 handicap. I was the solo rando today as I often am. I was trying not to think about my round too much. I knew I was +1 going into 16 so I was just hoping to end with a +1. Best round ever was +2. Then I birdied 16 and realized I was back to E with two left. This was it...so of COURSE I bogey 17 because I left my chip short and missed the putt and was back to +1. 18...long par 5. I figured it was getable if I just didn't mess up my drive. Famous last words.

I pushed it right into the trees so I figured my chances at an easy birdie were over. Got to my ball and I had a medium sized window to try to punch cut a 3W towards the green. Not sure what weird gods blessed me in that moment, but I absolutely crushed it. Low and curving and heading right for the green. Stopped short. Chipped my third shot up and past the hole leaving 12ft left. Just hit it too hard and it didn't check up because I was getting nervous a little. The two guys I was playing with wrapped up their putts and then it was me and my 12ft downhill putt. They had no idea it was for even par. I drained the sucker and looked at the guys and just said quietly..."Omg. I just shot even par. I've never done that before." They congratulated me. We shook hands and then I texted my mom and dad. Wow...just wow.
