Does Noir need S. Moko?

Hi all :3c

I've recently hit Level 70 in global and have been planning out my pulling plans. My current idea is to go for chord next patch, save for Futaba, and then grab Noir after that. Now, inbetween Chord and Futaba is S. Moko (if they do the summer characters in september for global) I've heard she's pretty vital for psychokinesis teams and as I'm hoping to have Noir be my main damage dealer I've been wondering if it's realistic to expect her to perform well without S. Moko. I can probably pull if i have too (I haven't pulled since launch, have around 50k gems (f2p)) but I'd really rather save in case I end up missing someone I want more.

TLDR; Do i need S. Moko to have a competent Noir team?
