Can/should I get the piercing I want?

I’ve been wanting to get both sides of my nostrils pierced for a long while and have been fighting the urge to because I had one side pierced years ago. But when I had it a bump kept forming and popping over and over so I had to give up because it was more than I had time for. No permanent bumps or marks from this.

Since then I’ve gotten my eye brow pierced and septum pierced with no problems. BUT I have had my helix pierced. I had it for a couple years and it never healed so I had to take it out because a bump was growing. I now have a permanent keloid where my helix used to be.

Do we think that it would be safe to try my nose again? Or should I not as I don’t want a permanent keloid on my face?
