HELP Headlights driving me crazy!!!!!

Hi everyone hope everything’s going well. I am having problems with my e36 m3. I have glass projectors installed from djauto and am having some electrical issues. First off the angel eyes which are spliced into the parking lights will flash when using turn signal or hazards. Not only that, both sides of halos will flash no matter what side of turn signals are on. On top of that, the low beams in the projectors will also flash. I also noticed that the low beams are only getting about 10.5volts of power. Every now and then it’ll fix it itself whether I go over a bump or if i just tap the hazard switch it might fix itself and the low beams will be brighter and the halos won’t flash. Any ideas? Please help i’m very desperate and cannot even drive my car at night. Thanks so much.
