Question for Gate agents.

What do you check when you check in a flight attendant. Is it as simple as load capacity so they can have a seat or do you have to check for active status/leave status, airline, senority, etc? Like if I book a flight for the future when I start maternity leave and my benefits pause will that be looked up? I know for the company they lock the log inside but will already booked tickets be canceled too?​
