itchy & irritated down there, is it a yeast infection? latex allergy?

Hi! Just a disclaimer that this is a burner account as this is a kinda embarrassing matter.

So about two weeks ago, I had protected sex using magnum bareskin condoms. this was the first time i’ve used those specific & the first time i have had protected sex in a while as I just got out of a long term relationship. about a day after, i had weird odorless spotting & was kind of itchy down there. conveniently enough, i was STD tested and was clean a week prior (cheating in the prior relationship was the reason for my decision to get tested & this was before the symptoms). so with this i know i don’t have any stds. anyway, i ended up using montistat 3 & my symptoms cleared up so figured it was just a yeast infection. well fast forward, i just had sex again using those same condoms & boom itching & discomfort. the same exact symptoms in regards to swollen & irritated vulva and itchyness. unfortunately, i did get my period on top of it so those are the only symptoms i can gage right now. i have a feeling its the condoms causing this & maybe not a yeast infection but not sure. any advice or anyone with a similar experience?
