p3p or p3r??

hellloooo! i’m kinda new to the persona games (i’m still playing p5r) and i wanted to know if there are any drastic differences between persona 3 portable and persona 3 reload? because i have a psp to play p3p on but for p3r i would have to buy the game for the ps4. i know that in p3p you can’t control the whole team, which you can do in p3r, but that’s about all that i know
