Uber eats sign me up for this hourly mess. How do I get out of it.

I have never ever chose this at all. It was something saying 25 per hour. I don't want to make shit per hour. How do I make sure it does not happen again. I thought that stuff wasn't busy but it was that shit I'm also pissed.
