Melaka Restaurant Recommendations

Will b in Melaka and keen to check out the food/restaurant scene, such Spanish, Mediterranean to fusion or anything new and interesting. In kl, I could go to Bkt Damansara or PJ for Bottega etc. Are there any such places in Melaka? It's embarrassing but I only know Jonker Walk and most searches return JW related results.

Please recommend some restaurants, ideally outside Jonker?
