Anyone hear about a shipping company called "VEHO"?

I get text in the regular about my package delivery but no name about the vendor. They deliver to the wrong home and very proudly send me a picture, with no address, house number anything. I notify them about the problem and they ask if I found the package from where it was actually delivered. Uh... help... there is no way for me to know. What was the address? They text we don't know. Then they text... sorry we don't do refunds, contact the original vendor. I ask, who was the originating vendor. Then they text, check your email from the originating vendor. I'm so shocked for this circular discussion that I tell them they need to fix this. They write to me again saying we understand your frustration but there in nothing we can do. And each of these texts ends with "if you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you." Is it just me? What an I missing here?
