Having latency spikes both on poe1 and 2, what should i do?

Hello! I'm having some problems to play only during the night, when i randomly get 200~1000ms spikes, outside of the usual 20ms that i ever had. I don't really understand that kind of stuff, but after reading some other posts, it seems to be a route problem? If so, what should i do in that case?
