Do these help you make better food choices?
When I was 1st pregnant and found out I had gestational diabetes I was able to get my butt in gear and ate really well. I also gave up cheese when breastfeeding because it caused issue for my baby. Fast forward almost 10 years and 2 kids and I’m 44 starting peri-menopause and despite knowing certain choices be made I have a much harder time making them. So I don’t have lots of loose just 20-30 but I also know my risk for diabetes is high (moms has it) and so is for gaining more. So my question is does this help you make the better choices you kind of already know you should? I’ve heard people drink less too so seems like maybe it does help there? Would love to hear first hand accounts about how it affects your decisions vs just the scale. Thanks
