Which AI personality is the toughest in your eyes?

Hey,
for the one month away Japanese DLC I'm doing a challenge to keep my AoM feeling and hype and decided to to do 1vs1 vs extreme AI, where every day I play with another mayor god so that in the middle of the month I've won with every mayor god once and then I will repeat that with legendary AI.
I've only played against the offensive and overwhelming one so far, but both kinda lack the intelligence in my eyes. Compared to the Extended Version they act weaker; waves come in less frequently(especially for the offensive one) and unit and armor upgrades are reasearched far too late.
Maybe the amount of waves the Retold AI sends is the same and I'm just delusional, but that definetly does not go for the upgrades.
We can both be Heroic Age and while I can run around with heavy inf/archers and almost all bronze armory upgrades, the enemy AI while having a mass of units maybe has one medium line and one copper upgrade and that is just sad. It surely get's them the longer the game goes on, but being in for 17 minutes and as mentioned just 2 military upgrades at all as greeks is kinda meh.
(Noticed that Ra for example mostly doesn't care about barrack units and researches heavy camels and heavy chariots when it gets a Migdol instantly, but as I said- meh.)

In generel and also because of my rant above I wanted to ask you what in your eyes is the most troublesome AI aggressive wise and/or for you personally?
