Cross and button problem

Hello everyone

I received my modretro Chromatic console, which is absolutely beautiful and feels great in my hands.
However, I've noticed a problem:

• My cross and buttons stick and don't spring back properly, making gaming extremely unpleasant.

This completely ruins the console's positive side.
