fear of withdrawal

i've been using opioids on and off (mostly on) for about 50 days. never used any opioids before this stint and never dealt with withdrawals before. i've been using daily for a few weeks (i think?), and i want to stop and try to get my life back together, but i can never stop longer than 24 hrs because im so afraid of experiencing wd. i only have a little bit of dope left and some subutex. any advice?😭🙏

also is feeling cold and having a runny nose part of wd? how would i know for sure if i am withdrawing?
