Advice please - Car broke down outside of chestnut hill reservoir

Moving from JP to Brighton and my car broke down on my last trip of the day :,) parked on beacon street right outside of Chestnut Hill Reservoir, more focused on getting my cat to my new place than reading street parking signs. Also too beat to worry about calling AAA. Google maps just says A/B resident parking only. I still have JP permit. Should I be worried about it getting towed? Or is a ticket more likely?
