Jazzmaster Am Pro 2 Wiring help - CuNiFe WRHB swap

I just purchased some WRHBs to replace the stock pick ups on my Am Pro 2 but I’m having issues with the wiring. I wired it to the same point where the original pick ups were connected (minus the blue wire for the push/push tone pot) but now only the bridge pickup is active when using the rhythm circuit, even when the neck is selected.

Has anyone else done this? The wiring guide doesnt help since the American pro has different wiring.
