Got slammed by a former SEC player

I’m playing d2 football rn and hope one day I can get a offer for d1

I’m a redshirt freshman rn, last year my position group was strong but old so I have a decent chance of playing this year. Or at-least in packages and special teams.

Anyways I’m a shorter runningback, 5’7 187 lbs

Pretty clear I’m not a big power guy.

We recruited a transfer from Auburn who was their for 4 years and stayed at the bottom of the depth chart every year. It’s his last year and he just wants to play and didt even go to a low level d1 but d2. I respect him a lot tho he stuck it out 4 years at a SEC school.

We all assumed he would be good and oh my god. That mf slammed the fucking shit out of me.

We were practicing and the qb checked my route from a flat to a texas. Basically I’m going to end up in the middle of the field. The transfer is a linebacker.

Caught the pass and saw him coming, for context he’s 6’3 232 lbs, half a second later I’m on the ground. Probably the hardest hit I got in my life. 😂😂
