Claw 8ai is trying?

Hi Guys. I’m playing Fallout New Vegas and I have my TDP at manual 30/37w (max) and I also have my battery on best performance.

But for some reason the game only wants to pull 18w and the cpu/gpu are at 45%. My frames are 45fps and bouncing around a bit.

Is there another setting on my claw that’s making it be lazy? my old OG rog ally gpu is 98% pushing 65fps 30w and actually trying its best with the fan creating a mini tornado in my room lmao
