At what point will I really be able to post?

1. How much karma do I really need to gather for my posts not to get auto-declined by the subreddits' automod?

2. Can I essentially comment everywhere every day to just hoard karma?

3. When I do have karma, how do I check the minimum karma amounts on a subreddit?
