Career advice

Graduated school and floated for a little bit and became a manager. I do like my job as manager just not the location with my commute/patient population. Family lives in another state and considering moving to be close to family. I would’ve only been a pharmacist for a year by the time I would move next summer and I’m afraid it would look bad on a resume if I don’t have longer experience. Should I stay in my current position for at least 2 years?
