I’m getting concerned it’s something more..

I 23F over the last 4 years have experienced chronic joint pain, more so back and hip pain. Was diagnosed at 22 with AS and started on humira. Later the year after echo and tilt I was diagnosed with POTS. As more time goes on I’ve noticed more weakness and fatigue than ever before.. I can barely wash my hair before my arms hurt. I have awful chills and sweats. Then 3 weeks ago I started having insatiable itching in my L breast it.. couple days later it’s swollen with a scab and the scabs increased week and half and it’s not healed at all. Soreness and painful and then this week I realized extreme soreness in my L arm pit where the lymph node is. At this point I’m having skin changes and sore lymph nodes and I’m freaking out, breast cancer runs in my family. I have worsening pain and aching, fatigue, I’m wanting to sleep more etc. I’ve mad an appt to see my gynecologist for an exam.. but am I crazy for thinking this could be symptoms of cancer?
