Can surgeons have tattoos?

Sorry, not really a question pertaining to actual medicine, but it’s something im concerned with. I want to become a surgeon, but I wasn’t sure if there would be restrictions against having tattoos? I want to get one or two little dainty ones on my wrist eventually, but wanted to know if it would cause issues for my future career before committing to one!
