Juno major perks

I'd test this myself if I had any idea how to do it. Does anybody have numbers for Juno's Locked On perk? It honestly felt a bit underwhelming in game, while I was pretty excited about it on paper. Does the perk change her damage falloff? How much does it increase her DPS actually?
