Tips for hosts

I’ve stayed in lots of VRBO’s with few issues. But two things often lack: 1. Put in a comfortable chair or two..not just a couch. 2. How about a live tv option for sports on weekends or just local news? Antennae are cheap and effective. We don’t all want to stream.
