I need representation in WI

Well, I just found out today that the VA is completely taking away one of my ratings (anxiety) and replacing it with a lower rating (ptsd). I had gotten the anxiety rating this year, a few months back and last month had tried to get a ptsd rating. Can anyone point me in the right direction for representation to help me fight this, as they are two separate issues?
