If I gamble will I get a free-ish cruise offer?

I know a group of ppl that are die hard cruisers, they take 3-6 cruises a year all on offers they get from gambling in the casino. None of them have cruised with Virgin until just this year on some kind of casino offer, but I think they said they were on it through a 3rd party and not Virgin. This being my 1st and only cruise I’d like to level up if that’s possible and get some of these offers.
