My cousin won’t respond

My cousin is like 24 and a masters degree for therapy and I’ve been talking to her about my issues and stuff and she has been responding but hasn’t in like 3 hours. She’s busy, I get it, but I just wish she would respond. I’m upset and want to, but then the gig would be up because I can’t just not tell her if I did. I’ve been without for like a year and 8 ish months and I really don’t want to relapse. I just wish she would respond but she has her own life and I understand she can’t be there all the time. I feel bad for using her as my therapist, but my therapist I have rn doesn’t understand because she hasn’t been through it. My therapist has a masters degree because she thought the brain was interesting, but she has never gone through it and it’s so hard for her to understand the way my cousin does. My cousin has been in situations like mine and she gets what I say and now I’m thinking “is my therapist actually working for me”? She’s great but experience is the best teacher and she doesn’t get it. I had a therapist before who was just a licensed social worker but she had been through my situation and more, and she understood and related to everything I said. Because she was only a social worker, her, her manager, and my parents agreed to find someone more “qualified”. But she was the best therapist that I’ve ever had. I just don’t want to rely on my cousin but all I talk to my therapist about is being frustrated with politics because that’s something we can relate to and my ex bsf/fp, and that’s something she doesn’t really get. I just need someone who gets it and my cousin does. Maybe my cousin could be my therapist. Idk. I just wish she would respond.
